REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Refund Process in case of Cancellation by you:

However, if in a cancellation transaction performed by you on the NWSA Platform, than you shall inform us by sending an e-mail to our customer services e-mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the NWSA Platform. Please include the receipt of the payment transaction in the e-mail along with the following details – Name of the Player/Student, Father’s Name, Name of the Game he/she opted, mobile number, transaction number & date. NWSA will investigate the incident and, if it is found that the cancellation was done with-in the given parameters, than you will be refunded the money within 4-10 working days from the date of receipt of your e-mail. All refunds will be credited to the recipient bank account.

Criteria of cancellation:

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any transaction made by you on this Website. In the event you subscribe to any Solutions, the same may be cancelled by you within 5 days after the transaction, in such a case we may at our discretion refund 50% of the amount (including taxes), after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable, to you. Further after 5 days from when the transaction is performed, if there is a cancellation request received, no request for cancelation will not be entertained by NWSA.
